Blessing, Mary E.
Age 75 of Dayton, Ohio (formerly of North Vernon, Indiana and Greensburg, Kentucky) passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on June 27, 2017.
She was a graduate of Stivers High School Class of 1960.
Mary worked various jobs throughout her life; Bakery, switchboard operator, in home sales, (tupperware, Sarah Coventry, etc).
She attended services at Way of the Cross in Dayton, Ohio, Christ Baptist Church in North Vernon, Indiana,
Living Water Church in Greensburg, Kentucky and also West Street Baptist Church Fairborn, Ohio.
She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Preceeded in death by both her parents J.W. Gibson (1989) and Rosie Agnes Gibson (Cain) (1994).
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Kenneth L. Blessing, her son Alan E. Blessing, daughter Bethany D. Mace, 3 grand daughters; Brittany Lacy, Alyssa Bryan, and Belle Bryan. 2 grandsons; Russell Mace II and Dalton Barge. 2 great grand daughters; Morgan Lacy and Allison Vandale. 2 great grand sons; Damian Blaze Bryan and Brantley Lucas Bryan. 1 sister Janice Pendleton and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and extended family across the United States and 3 fur babies; Diablo, Peanut, and Leo.
The family will greet friends from 9-11 A.M. on Saturday, July 8th 2017 at Way of the Cross Church 612 Beatrice Drive Dayton, Ohio with Services to follow. Pastor William Loudermilk officiates.
Burial in Valley View Memorial Gardens Xenia, Ohio.
