Marvis G. Whitt, age 87 of Riverside, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Osie (Newton) Whitt; parents, Henry and Elsie (Talley) Whitt; two sisters, Tina Martin and Muriel Jackson; and one brother, Stafford Whitt.
He is survived children, Pamela Vanwey, Patrick (Jean) Whitt; grandchildren, Kimberly (Brian) Springer, Brian Whitt, Benjamin Vanwey, and Michael Whitt; brother, Thomas Whitt; numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
