Marvin Paul Wannemacher

Marvin Paul Wannemacher, 83, of Washington Township went home to be with his Lord on Monday, October 24, 2022. He was born February 9, 1939, in Bloomington, IL to the late William and Mamie (Brander) Wannemacher.
Marvin was an aerospace engineer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for 32 years. He will also be remembered as "the Doorman" by many who knew him for his years in the door-trimming business and for his handiwork in the maintenance area at Fairhaven Church. In his leisure time, he could often be found busy working on a project or helping others or eating dessert after a good meal.
He leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory, including his wife of 44 years, Sandi; 7 children; 20 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other extended family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three siblings.
A Celebration of Life service date is pending. His final resting place will be at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens of Springboro.
