Martin Joseph Breen

Breen, Martin Joseph, age 87, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Martin was a United States Navy Veteran. He was an apprentice type setter for the Journal Herald and then went on to McCall's Printing where he retired with over 25 years of service.

Martin is survived by his children: Martin Jr. (Linda), Michael (Patsy) & Barbara Breen; grandchildren: Angie Callas, Ian Breen & Jesse Hickman; 6 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his loving wife: Barbara; and his grandson: Landis Fugate.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Monday, October 20, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at David's Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 1:30 P.M. until time of services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
