Age 42, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2006, at his home.
Martin was born April 14, 1964 to James F. & Wanda M. Newman, who survive him. He is also survived by seven children, Justin, Nicholas, Alisha, Ashley, Bethany, Travis and Trevor Newman; two grandchildren, Nevaeh & Feonia; two sisters, Betty J. & Roger Couch and Patricia & Darrell Pitts; one brother, James & Jean Newman; nieces, nephews and many good friends.
Marty was very good at working with his hands and very talented in fixing almost anything. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a very loving man who would help in any way he could.
The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Paul Watkins will officiate.
