Martha R. Zechar
Martha R. "Marty" Zechar, age 62, of Kettering, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 21, 2011.
Marty was born November 6, 1948 in Dayton, to the late Arthur & Betty Corre.
She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Paul E. Zechar; and sister-in-law, Mary Ashworth.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years John Zechar; mother-in-law, Betty J. Zechar; nieces & nephews, Michael, Melanie, Michelle, and Brian; great-niece & great-nephews, Corey, Caliegh, David, Paul and Jacob; and many other relatives and friends.
Marty was a former President of Lastoma International.
She retired from the Montgomery County Sanitary Engineering Department.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 9-11am at Farmersville United Methodist Church (110 E. Center St, Farmersville, OH 45325). The service will follow at 11am. Burial will take place at Germantown Cemetery.
Donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton, Farmersville United Methodist, or the charity of one's choice, in Marty's memory.
