Martha Jones

Martha Jane Jones "Marty", age 67 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021. She was born September 28, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio.

Marty was a loving mother and wife. She enjoyed attending church, and reading her bible and was a member of the Anchor Baptist Church. Marty liked meeting people, talking to them and learning about them. She was always smiling and had a happy presence. She and Jerry liked to travel. Marty will be dearly missed by her loving family.

Marty was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Boggs; father, Chester Hock; and brothers, Russell, Eddie and Vernon Hock.

Marty will be missed by her loving husband of almost 40 years, Jerry; son, Keith Jones; daughter, Belinda Baumgardner; step-children, Danny Jones, Jerry Jones and Ronald Jones; and twin sister, Mary Coville.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 5 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7 p.m. at the Anchor Baptist Church, 4641 Oakdell Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45432. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery, 8135 N. Dixie Drive, Dayton. Arrangements by Newcomer North Chapel.
