Martha Jane Singer, age 54 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at home. Jane worked at the newspaper for years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph T. and Martha M; a sister, Shirley; and a brother, John.
Martha is survived by her siblings, William J. of Springfield; Alberta Campbell of Florida, Ronald F. (Robin) of Dayton, Donna L. (Richard) of Kentucky, Carol Ann Singer of Dayton, Melvin T. of Dayton, and Bernard A. of Springfield; nieces and nephews, William Jr., Nicholas, Christopher, Brian, Jennifer, Amanda, Tiffany, Laura, Ashley, Kimberly, Benjamin, Bradley, Joseph, and Kristina; great nieces and nephews, Kayla, Ashley, Regan, Dakota, Kolton, Kiera, Cody, Cory, Carlee Jay, Cohen, Addisyn, Brody, Stephanie, Brittany, Bridgette, Jacob, Andrew, and Amber; and great great nieces and nephews, Shantelle and Cameron.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 10:30 am at Holy Angels Church. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). If desired memorial contributions may be made to Holy Angels Church, Cancer Society, or Hospice of Dayton.
