Martha Berniece Kimmel

KIMMEL (McAfoos), Martha B., age 91, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Kimmel and 9 brothers and sisters. Martha is survived by her children, Darlene Masters (Kimmel) and Pamela and Louie Koogler; grandchildren, Wayne (Angel) Leath, Laura Weisgarber, Kasey Koogler (Ben McDuffie), and Brandon (Julie) Koogler; great grandchildren, Blake Weisgarber, Justise Leath, and Makala McDuffie; step-great grandchildren, Trista, Amanda, and Chuckie Bellman, Faith McDuffie, and Anastacia Rodriquez; special friends, Tom Masters, Roberta Koogler, Mark and Willie Koogler, Doug and Brenda Garybush and the Stringfield family, Anne Edens, Sharon Horne, Rick and Brenda Robles, Jerry Green, Mary and Gene Strader and Chris Gibbs, as well as a host of special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thank you to her caregivers, Geisha, Tim and Amy as well as the staff of The Sanctuary, Hospice of Dayton, Visiting Physicians, Rita Watts, and Newcomer Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
