Marth Jean Bodmer
September 19, 1935 — February 24, 2013
Martha Jean Bodmer, 9/19/1935-2/24/2013, Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Orville on Jan. 30th, 2013; parents, Charles and Edith Ingram; and sister, Evelyn Wannemacher.
Survived by her son, Jack L. Bodmer and wife Tammie; grandsons, Rory and Brett Bodmer; many nieces and nephews; special friends and neighbors especially Louise Burke and John LoVecchio.
Martha was the owner of her own business, Bodmer's Beauty Shop. In retirement mom enjoyed ceramics, dancing, bird watching, being a grandmother, her dogs and being anywhere dad was.
A special thanks to Brenda, Jerry W. and Louise for their support.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 1-2 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 2 pm. Burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery.
Donations may be made in Martha's memory to The Hospice of Dayton.
