Marsha Lee Hedgecoth

Marsha Lee Hedgecoth, age 71, of Union, passed away on February 16, 2023. She was born on May 29, 1951 to the late Roy D. and Hazel Wynn.
She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was strong-willed and knew what she wanted. She was a hard worker and loved her job at Dayton Progress, where she retired after over 25 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles, stories, and watching law enforcement shows, like Criminal Minds. If she had a favorite food, it was either pizza or a McDonald's Cheeseburger. Her presence will be missed by her family.
In addition to her parents, Marsha was preceded in death by her sisters, Robin and Donna.
She will be remembered by her son, Ron (Susan) Hedgecoth; her grandchildren: Trey (Kelsey) Hedgecoth, Orville Griffin, and Kara (Matt) Davis; great-grandchildren: Ava Marie Hedgecoth, Hendrix Joseph Hedgecoth, Paisleigh Noelle Davis and one on the way; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Kelsey Evers, Kara Davis and Hospice of Dayton, especially, Kim Thompson, Susanne Curtis, and Afia Green for the care they provided Marsha.
Donations in Marsha's memory may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
A visitation will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30am. Following the service she will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
