RATHBURN, Marquise R. 78 of Fairborn, passed away Sunday 12/21/2003 at her residence. Services will be held 11 a.m. Mon. 12/29/2003 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will recieve visitors from 10 a.m until time of service. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Columbus, Oh.
