Age 77, of Huber Heights, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at Miami Valley Hospital.
Marlene was preceded in death by her husband of 7 years, Dale E. Denlinger, who died in 1962. Six months after he died she survived breast cancer and went on to raise their six children on her own, Debra (Michael) Barnett, Allen Denlinger, Danny Denlinger, Marla Davis, Kamra Huffman & Reine' (Scott) Novak. Also surviving are two granddaughters; twelve grandsons; nineteen great grandchildren; and one brother, Melvin (Bethina) Mathews.
Marlene attended the Living Word Church in Vandalia.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 Tuesday, (January 8) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Miller's Grove Cemetery, Palestine, Ohio.
