Webb, Mark age 71, of Kettering, Ohio peacefully passed away on August 13, 2021.
In Mark's own words, he delighted in being the "Legendary Wildman".
Mark attended Van Buren Jr. High then entered the work force in lieu of going on to Fairmont West.
He loved to party, hung out with the hippies at the court house, and personally knew "Rags".
He usually started the party and was the last to "drop".
Besides letting his Wild Side roar, he was the Biggest Hearted Man that I ever knew.
Mark was prone to sharing whatever he had with his friends, other than the woman he loved.
Mark became very spiritual. He deeply believed in the Bible, while steering clear of organized religion. He preferred to communicate with God directly.
Preceded in death by his grandmother, Carma Elam; parents, Viola Helen and Virgil Henry Webb; beloved younger brother, Nicholas; and many cherished friends.
Mark is survived by his loving twin brother, Michael.
You were, and always will be the "Better Half of our Twinship".
Rest in Peace in Heaven. You have earned it.
The Lord is my shepherd.
