TGIFriday’s was his next venture, which took him and his family to Royal Oak MI. After returning to Dayton in 1988, he was offered a chef position at Walt Disney World in Orlando and was able to treat his family to the Disney parks, like Magic Kingdom or Epcot, typically on Sunday afternoons, as well as numerous overnight stays at Disney’s “Soft Openings” at their latest resorts, such as Port Orleans. He loved to golf and fish, and would often take his children to the neighborhood pond to see what they could catch.

Mark is loved and will be missed by all those who knew him.

In lieu of a public service, the family had an intimate gathering to remember Mark.
