Mark Alan Kopchak

Mark Alan Kopchak, age 63, of Beavercreek, passed away at home with his wife by his side on October 7, 2024. Mark was born in Port Clinton, Ohio on September 4, 1961 to the late Paul and Marsha Kopchak.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents and his step-father, Emery Floro.

He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Charlene Kopchak; sister, Paula (Bruce) Shenkel; as well as several cousins/fishing buddies, friends, coworkers and extended family. 

Mark retired from Wright Patterson AFB as a foreman after many years. He is an United States Air Force Veteran. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, wood crafting and fixing things. Mark was an all around handyman and could repair anything. 

He was a very quiet and private person, had a tough exterior but a soft heart. 

Mark battled cancer for years, he was strong-willed and wanted to prove the doctors wrong. Charlene lovingly provided care to him through the entirety of his illnesses.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
