Marjorie Ann Morris, born April 4, 1935 in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota, went home to be with her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, on Oct. 30, 2013. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Louise Riendeau; father, Clovis O. Proulx; sisters, Eleanor Lacourse, Vivian Comminge, Donna Proulx; brothers, Zenophile, Andrew, Eugene, James, and Rene Proulx ; and her oldest son, Juergen Morris.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 57 years, Jack Keith Morris; sisters, Marcella Bundy and Geraldine Proulx; sons, Patrick and Anthony (Tony) Morris; daughters, Carolyn Morris, Sabina Pequignot-Dean, Sholeen Wuest; grandchildren, Anthony (Ty), Tyneah, Shayleen, Jason, Kenny, Matthew, Jonathan, Brian, Hannah, Meagan, Olivia, Isaac, and Christi, as well as 16 great-grandchildren.
She will be remembered with love for her fierce devotion to family, her moxie, her love of children, music and nature, and most importantly, her strong and enduring faith.
Visitation will be held at the Newcomer Funeral Home in Beavercreek, Ohio on Sunday, November 3rd, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
The funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Catholic Church, 149 Franklin St. in Dayton, OH at 11:00 a.m.
Interment to follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 W. 3rd St., Dayton, OH at 3:00.
