Marion Gail Maddox "Gail", age 86 of Dayton, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 peacefully at home. She was born October 17, 1933 in Darke County, Ohio. The daughter of Max and Lola Deisher.
Gail graduated from Lewisburg Union High School in Lewisburg, Ohio in 1951. She worked as a court recorder for many years and retired from Lexis Nexus at 74 years of age. Her remaining years were spent traveling the world with her daughter, Karen.
Gail is survived by her sons, Robin (Maria) Maddox of Kettering, Ohio & Mark (Helen) Maddox of Circleville, Ohio; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Jean Reichard, Ruth (Ron) Riege, Beth Kirtland, Lois (Jack) Deem, Phil (Judy) Deisher & Jack Deisher; and many other loving family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Maddox; daughter, Karen Maddox; and brothers, Keith, Kenneth, Roland, Ben & Jerry Deisher.
Per Gail's wishes there will be no services held at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton - or - The American Cancer Society.
