Marion "Billie" Kaplan, age 85 of Xenia, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016.
Beloved sister of Laura Rosenthal; dear friend to Susan Honeyman and many nieces and nephews.
Billie formerly lived in Florida where she raised Orchids. She moved to Xenia, OH in 1993 where she became employed with Spring Valley Gardens. Billie loved to read, was a very talented painter of all subjects and loved all animals.
