WHITTEN, Marilyn Jean
Age 77, passed away August 16, 2015 at home with her family by her side. She was born July 7, 1938 in Dayton, OH to the late, Robert and Alta Hisle. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Thomas E. Whitten; and 2 brothers, Kenneth and Vance Hisle.
She is survived by daughters, Terri Cottongim (Tyler Jones), Sherri Whitten, and Robin (Dan) Alig; grandchildren, Chad, Bret, Travis, Kaytlynn, Ryan, and Kassie; great-grandchildren, Audrina, Rosalie, Bryleigh, and Olivia, and dog and faithful companion, Zoe.
Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a loving, wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 12:30 pm until the time of service at 2:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd.
