Marie C. Stavick

STAVICK, Marie C., age 90, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at Greenewood Manor in Xenia. She was born May 11, 1916 in Dayton, OH, the daughter of Anthony and Katrina (Wareika) Stavick. She is survived by three nephews, Robert (Shirley) Stavick, George (Josephine) Hooven, and John (Betty) Stavick; one niece, Anita (Robert) McIntosh; many great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents; three brothers, Anthony, Clem, and John Stavick; two sisters, Gracia Stavick and Ann Hooven. She will be sadly missed by her friends, family, and was very loved by all. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 30, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Calvary Cemetery with Father Kenneth Schartz officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greenewood Manor (711 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Xenia, OH, 45385). The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Greenewood Manor for their loving kindness they showed toward Marie for whom she cared very much for.
