Marguerite Louise Kemp

KEMP, Marguerite L., age 87, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2007. She is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Kemp; grandchildren, Bobby Searcy and David Lykins, and great grandchildren, Christopher Searcy and Erika Lykins. Marguerite is survived by her children, Sandy (Roy) Lykins, Elaine (Jim) Searcy, Joyce Ramby, Curtis (Maria) Kemp, and John (Joy) Kemp; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was a longtime member of Zion Memorial United Church of Christ and past President of Trinity Auxiliary. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, whom will be greatly missed by all. The family wishes to thank the staff of Trinity Community for all their love and support. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday, November 2, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the time of service. Rev. Ray Kaiser officiating. Interment to follow at Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
