Margie Lelia Massey

Margie Lelia Massey, age 95 of Dayton, passed away July 31, 2017. She was born May 15, 1922 in Hiawatha, WV to the late Walter and Elsie St. Clair. In addition to her parents, Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Massey; son, Maxwell Venden Massey; and 4 brothers.

Margie is survived by her daughters: Bernice "Bo" (Don) Hall, Sandra (Mike) Praete and Regina Kay (Roy) Sizemore; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; sister, Leodia Shrewsbury; many nieces and nephews, including: Terry St. Clair and Janet Norman.

She was a member of Primitive Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 12:30 pm.
