Margaret M. Kennedy

KENNEDY(Aufderheide), Margaret M., age 81, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2009. She was preceded in death by husband, Harry H. Kennedy; parents, Maurice & Mary Aufderheide, and brother, Maurice Jr. She is survived by one brother, Robert (Mary) Aufderheide of Washington Twp.; two sisters, Patricia Beck of Kettering and Kathryn (Edward) Dukro of Dayton, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, very close friends, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Carey, and beloved cat, "Max". Margaret graduated from Julienne High School and graduated with honors from the University of Dayton. She also graduated with a Masters degree in Philosophy from Wright State University. She retired as an English teacher from WSU. Her hobbies were playing classical music on her piano and reading intellectual books. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Ascension Catholic Church, 2025 Woodman Dr., Dayton. Father Chris Worland officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of service at the church. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
