Margaret L. Calhoun

Calhoun, Margaret L., age 91, of Huber Heights passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2008 at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 1, 1917 in Birmingham, AL, the daughter of John & Lucille Wiggins. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Barbara Philpot; and her son, Donald Calhoun. Survivors include her children, Gwen (John) Brunner, Bill (Barbara) Calhoun, John (Elaine) Calhoun, & James Calhoun, Sr.; 17 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 AM until the time of services. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
