Margaret A. Burchfield, 78, of Vandalia, went home to be with the Lord on March 17, 2020.
She was born on January 12, 1942 to Corbett and Ruby (Sanders) Ward in Rockingham, NC.
She was a long standing member of First Pentecostal Church of Murlin Heights.
Margaret is survived by her loving children, Annette (Steven) Davis, Jerry (Angi) Burchfield, Patty Butler, James Butler, and Robert (Jesica) Burchfield;14 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Corbett and Ruby Ward; husband of 54 years, Keenis Walker; sons, Keenis Charles and Roy Leon Burchfield; brothers, Kenneth, Jimmy, and Bobby Ward; and sister, Brenda Wallace.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2020, from 5 to 8 pm, at First Pentecostal Church of Murlin Heights (8921 N Dixie Dr, Dayton, OH 45414).
Funeral services will follow on Monday, March 23, 2020, 11:00 am at First Pentecostal Church of Murlin Heights (8921 N Dixie Dr, Dayton, OH 45414).
Burial immediately after at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens (11890 N Dixie Dr. Tipp City, OH 45371).
Please have any floral arrangements delivered to the church no earlier than 3 pm on Sunday, March 22, 2020.
