Marcia Stefan

Marcia A. (Logan) Stefan, age 79, of Dayton died Fri., July 8, 2016, surrounded by family. Marcia was a graduate of Julienne High School. Before moving to St. Helen Parish, she was a longtime member of Corpus Christi Parish where she was involved in the prayer group and choir.

Marcia was born to the late Joseph and Doris (Rayner) Logan on December 10, 1936. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Benjamin, sister Judith Logan, in-laws Anneita Logan, Alex Stefan & James Gitzinger.

Marcia is survived by her loving husband, of 58 years, Steve, her children Rose, Chris & Debbie, Steve Jr. & Reneé, Mark & Margaret, Louise & Anthony Bohman, Peter & Janie, Daniel & Stephanie, siblings John, Dr. Patrick & Sharon, Michael & Caryl, Joseph & Nancy, Mary Gitzinger & Frank Schweisthal, Kate Logan & Chuck Steigerwald. Also surviving are 22 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. Marcia was a loving example to her family & friends and she will be dearly missed.

Visitation: Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Wed., July 13 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial: St. Helen Church, 5086 Burkhardt Rd. on Thur. July 14 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Vincent De Paul.
