Manfred Schoepper

Manfred Schoepper, age 77 of Dayton, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, Monday, July 27, 2015 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center. He was born May 17, 1938 in Germany, the son of Herbert and Eva Schoepper. He retired from Elder Beerman in 2006 and served in the US Army Reserves for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Manfred is survived by his wife Marie; a son, Mark Schoepper; a daughter, Michelle (Daniel) Beekman; two grandchildren, Eva and Russell Beekman; a brother, Hartmut Schoepper; brother-in-law, Ernie (Pat) Tincu and family; brother-in-law, John (Sharon) Tincu and family; and numerous family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Dayton.
