Malta Tenney

TENNEY, Malta, age 88, of Beavercreek, passed away on December 21, 2015. Born June 6, 1927 in Floyd County, KY, daughter of John V. and Ida (Goble) Harless. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Thomas and Edward Harless; husband, Norman P. Tenney in 1985.

She is survived by her children, Wanda (Pete) Kessler, Norman (Ellen) Tenney, Dan (Brenda) Tenney, Hulda Davis, and Franklin Tenney; grandchildren, Blaine Kessler, Michelle Morris, Luke, Jesse, Matt, and Shelby Tenney, Sean Davis, and Vanessa Tenney; 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Frank, George, Mack, and Robert Harless, and Linda Birchfield.

Family will receive friends from 9:00 - 10:00 am with a service following at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
