Malaki Matthew Ferguson age 13 of Dayton passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Dayton Children's Hospital. He was born on July 9, 2009 to Ashley and Anthony Ferguson Sr.
He is preceded in death by his special aunts. Delores Madison and Kay Staight. He is also preceded in death by several other family members.
He is survived by his parents; Ashley and Anthony Ferguson Sr.; his siblings, Michelle (Donald) Mahaffey, Shannon Ferguson, Anthony Ferguson Jr. and Hanna Ferguson; his nieces, Illianah and Isabella and his nephews, Conner and Noah. He is also survived by his grandparents, cousins and extended family.
Malaki was loved and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
Malaki's family would like to thank the amazing nurses and doctors who cared for him over the years at Dayton Children's Hospital.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 22, 2023 from 6pm to 8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH 45424.
Services will be held Tuesday May 23, 2023 at 10 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH 45424.
Malaki will be laid to rest in Dayton Memorial Park, 8135 North Dixie Drive Dayton, OH 45414.
Following the burial, the family will be receiving friends from 11am to 4pm at The GEM by Christopher's, 3425 Valley St, Dayton, OH 45424.
