Maezelle Hatfield

Maezelle "Mae" Hatfield, 81, of Miamisburg passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her home. She was born on October 6, 1939, the daughter of the late Oscar and Ruby L. (England) Eldridge. On June 23, 1984, Mae married Hershel Hatfield, who survives.

Also surviving are sons, Russel (Sharon) Stringfellow and Jerry (Heather) Stringfellow; stepsons, Keith and Steven Hatfield; grandchildren, Jesse, Allison, Amanda, Heather, and Hunter; great-grandchildren, Dayne, Maria, Landen, Madeline, Maddox, and Bella; and brother, Charles (Marilyn) Eldridge; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son, Rick Stringfellow; brothers, James H., Fred L., Clarence V., and Earl R. Eldridge.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home, Centerville Chapel, 820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Dayton OH 45459. Friends and family may visit from 10:00am until the time of service. Burial will follow at Bellbrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Mae's memory.

The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
