Mabel Vogel

Mabel Louise Vogel, age 90 of Dayton, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 29, 2013. She passed away at home with her family by her side. She was born October 11, 1922 in Dayton to the late Clarence and Isbelle Bentrup. In addition to her parents, Mabel was preceded in death by her husband, William Vogel; daughter, Helen Siler; brothers: Gordon, Clarence and Gilbert Bentrup; sister, Margie Henn; and a very special and amazing great grandson, Nathan Dwayne Coile.

Mabel is survived by sons: Ted Spurlock and William Vogel, Jr.; daughter, Vikki McDaniel; special friend, John "Pap" Andress; 11 grandchildren: Michelle McDaniel, Shawn McDaniel, Arnold Orr, Leanold Howard, Ted Spurlock, Tim Spurlock, Shonda Grey, Billie Smith, Angelina Smith, Jennifer Smith and William Bozath; and 23 great grandchildren.

Mabel was a wonderful and giving person who touched so many people. She was a one of a kind mother who devoted her whole life to her children and they will miss her very much.
