Mabel Conley

Mabel Conley, age 89, of Carlisle, Ohio, passed away on June 11, 2024. She was born on August 19, 1934 in Hammond, Kentucky, to the late Dewey and Nettie Stidham. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Drexel Conley; brother Glennis Stidham; sisters Ruth, Beatrice, Vernie, Earnie, Shirley, and Betty; son-in-law Stanley Hamm; daughter-in-law Jill Conley. 

Mabel is survived by her children Gary Conley, Earl Conley, Phyllis (Timothy) Slutz, and John (Cathy) Conley; sisters Faye, Elsie, Brenda, and Hazel; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family. 

Mabel is described by her family as an Angel. No ill words could ever be spoken about her, and she was deeply cherished by her family and all who knew her. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, Ohio 45439. Mabel will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Cemetery following visitation.
