Lynn Huwer

Lynn E. Huwer, age 61 of Dayton, Ohio went to be with her soul mate Bruce Huwer and the Lord on March 25, 2021. She was born June 7, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Howard and Pearl Thompson.

Lynn was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren that brought her so much joy in life.

In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Bruce Huwer; brother, Ron Thompson; sister, Pam Thompson-Ford; nephew, Brad Thompson; and sister-in-law, Nancy Thompson.

Lynn is survived by her sons, Ande (Jodi) Thompson and Vince Sweet; grandchildren, Brooke (Devyn) Kaylor-Owens, Austin Thompson (Shanna Harvey), Anthony Thompson, Neveah Thompson, Camden Sweet, Nico Garcia, Aiden Thompson, and Lenny Garcia; great grandchildren, Oaklynn Kaylor-Owens, Barrett Kaylor-Owens, and a great grandson on the way; sister, Sandy Conley; daughter-in-law, Angie Sweet; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on April 10, 2021 from 3-4 pm at Anchor Baptist Church (4641 Oakdell Avenue., Dayton, Ohio 45432). A celebration of life will begin at 4:00pm at the church. Her service will also be live streamed at anchorbaptistchurch1611.com.
