COMBS, Lula F., age 80, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013. She was born February 9, 1933 in Chavies, Kentucky, to the late John and Edna Fugate. Lula retired from General Motors. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Arlie Combs; children, Phyllis Graham, Arlie D. (Lisa) Combs; grandchildren, Michael, Katrina, Cassie, Dustin, Doug; and 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Faye (Les) Merrill, Mahala Jean (Hiram) Baker; one brother, Ben (Zula Faye) Fugate. Lula was preceded in death by two brothers, Sammy and Jimmy Fugate; two sisters, Eva Mae Spencer and Hazel Cooper; one granddaughter, Elizabeth McCarty.
