Luther (Luke) Frazier, age 85, of West Milton, passed away on December 16, 2021.
He was born in 1936 in Beaver, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents Sanford and Eva (Ward) Frazier, brothers Clyde and Carl Frazier, and sisters Eula Stapleton and Gladys Murray, and great grandson Lemuel.
He is survived by the light of his life, his wife of 64 years, Barb, sister Bon Sexton, his children Doug (Sharon) Frazier, Cindy Hall, Paul (Kim) Frazier, Tina (Jeff) Marcum, 8 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
He retired from Gem City Engineering, and was minister of New Life Temple Church in West Sonora Ohio during the 70's and early 80's. He attended Hoffman United Methodist Church. He was a talented woodworker and carver, continuing by memory after he lost much of his eyesight. He was a nature lover, often pulling over on vacations to climb something. He was instantly beloved by children and animals, the best judges of character. He was a talented story teller that took time to personalize any wedding or funeral he did. He was involved in Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International and Women's Aglow Fellowship in the 1970's, had a local cable access show in Richmond, and was involved in prison ministry over the years. He was known for his quick wit, love of westerns, "wrasslin", and ice cream. He touched many lives over the years. The world is a better place for having had him in it.
