Lukas Tyler Hall, age 17 of Kettering, passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on Friday, September 23, 2016. He was born in Miamisburg on March 21, 1999 to proud parents, William and Rebecca Hall. Lukas received his honorary diploma from Kettering-Fairmont High School where he attended school. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Mason, OH. He loved to read and play video games. One of Lukas' favorite hobbies was treasure hunting with his dad. He was a passionate Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan and loved to cheer on his favorite team to victory. Lukas was a kind and caring soul who was loved by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, A.C. and Mary Hall; and aunts, Dale Kenner and Debi Minnery; and uncle, Joe Minnery.
Lukas leaves behind to cherish his memory, proud parents, William and Rebecca Hall; grandparents, Ed and Shirley Commons; brothers, William (Rebecca) Hall, II, Christian Hall, and Samuel Hall; best friend, Noah Shellabarger; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A visitation will take place on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Kettering Chapel from 6pm-9pm. A celebration of Lukas' life will take place on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at 11am at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lukas' memory to Dayton Children's Oncology Unit.
