Lucy Ann Watts, 54, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 5th, 2017 with her family by her side.
Lucy was born in Sardis, Alabama on July 26th, 1962. She graduated from Belmont High School in Dayton, OH and continued to receive an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Southwestern Business College.
Lucy worked for the Dayton Public Schools system as a Data Technician for Thurgood Marshall High School, formerly Colonel White High School for 24 years. It was one of her favorite places due to her love for her students.
Lucy is survived by her two children Beandre (Nicole) Watts and Tiffany (Christopher) Allen, sisters and brothers, grandchildren, and other family and friends.
Homegoing Services will be held on Friday June 16th at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church 5370 Dayton Liberty Rd Dayton, OH 45417. Visitation will be held from noon until 1 PM and services will start at 1 PM. Burial will follow the services at West Memory Gardens. Funeral Arrangements are being handled by Newcomer Funeral Home.
