Lucy Teague, age 95 of Kettering, passed away on August 29, 2017. Lucy was born in Kentucky to the late William and Nancy Cottle. She married Charles Teague in Dayton. She work for many years for Kettering Hospital and retired in 1991. She had a kind and compassionate heart and dedicated her life to caring for others. Lucy was an avid reader. In her younger years she enjoyed bowling, bingo, and sewing and crocheting. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
In addition to her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Teague in 1970; siblings, Zora, Edna, Marie, Bill, Dan, Ora, and Paul; and beloved son-in-law, Jerry Boltz; and daughter-in-law, Sandra Teague.
Lucy leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, Glenn Teague, Carol Boltz, and Marcia (Rick) Goubeaux; granddaughters, Sheila, Sherry, Tammy, Nancy, and Ginny; grandson, Alex; great-grandchildren, Cormac, Colleen, Caleb, Chloe, Brandon, Nathan, Grace, Audrey, Thomas, and Jonathan; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
