Lucille Melton

MELTON, Lucille, age 93 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2016. She was born in Irvine, KY to the late Joseph and Lou Lynch. Lucille worked for many years and retired from The Kimberly-Clark Company. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and took great pride and joy in her family. Lucille was a kind and compassionate woman who never met a stranger and was always willing to help those in need.

In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Melton; three brothers, Harlan, Joseph, and Albert.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, David H. Melton and Deborah (Chalmer) Lou Sell; grandchildren, Nathan, Jason, Becky, Tiffany, Tera, and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Marissa, Gabrielle, Danielle, Ayden, Alex, and Austin; great-great-granddaughter, Amelia; and many other loving relatives and friends.

A celebration of Lucille's life will take place on Friday, August 19, 2016 at Miami Shores Baptist Church (4000 Vance Road, Moraine) at 11am. The family will greet friends and loved ones for one hour prior (10am-11am). Burial to follow at Springboro Cemetery.
