Lucia Victoria Kinnane
November 9, 1930 — July 14, 2017
Lucia Victoria Kinnane 86, passed away quietly on July 14, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Olga Ellison (nee Kinnane) and is survived by her eldest son Michael Czachor and his wife Karen, and son John Czachor MD, and his wife Becky. She leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Lucia was an BSN who graduated from Adelphi College in New York in 1952 where she worked for 10 years until moving to Ohio. She spent her Dayton career at St Elizabeth Medical Center from 1963 until she retired in 1993. For the next 10 years, she was a sales associate at Elder Beerman in Huber Heights. Lucia was devoted to her family and her pets. One of her lifetime highlights was to tap dance on stage with her daughter Olga, and granddaughters Crystal, Hanna and Katie, when she was in her mid-70's. Passionately Italian, she lived life with a zest and was a friend to many.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 5p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH.
