Lucas "Luke" Scott Justice, age 38, of Dayton passed away tragically on November 6, 2023. He was born in Dayton on July 29, 1985 to Robert and Julie Justice. Luke is preceded in death by his son, Lucas Scott Justice Jr. and daughter, Alonna Justice.
Luke is survived by his daughters, Alexis Justice, Angeleah Justice; mom, Julie Justice; dad, Robert (Norma) Justice; brother, David (Paige) Tablett; sister, Kira (John Holsinger) Justice; girlfriend, Tiffany Leet; uncles, James (Bertha) Justice, Michael (Trudy) Justice, Dennis Justice, Douglas Justice, Thomas Tablett; aunts, Diana (Herbert) Stockdale; nieces, Nakryah Brooks, Gabby Tablett; nephews, David Brooks, Tommy Tablett; best friends, Tim Stubbs and Travis Adams; along with a host of cousins whom he loved dearly.
Luke enjoyed spending time with his family, caring for animals and hanging out with his friends. He loved music and having a good time. Luke was an outgoing and spontaneous man, always looking for an adventure. He was a generous and caring person that was always willing to help others. Although Luke had many struggles in his life, he truly tried to overcome his battles. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd. A memorial service will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor David Tackett to officiate.
