Louise E. Napier, age 73 of Vandalia, passed away September 29, 2013. She was born September 30, 1939 in Dayton to the late Howard and Margaret Goldshot. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her daughter, Tamara Lynn Cyphers.
Louise is survived by her son, Donald Napier; several grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
