Louise Helen Hammersley

Louise Helen Hammersley, age 91 of Riverside, passed away January 13, 2017 at her home. She was born February 15, 1925 in Dayton to the late Edward and Ruth Marie (Smith) Marsden. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by siblings, Richard, James and Helen; daughter, Teresa Taylor and close friend, Mike Ward.

She is survived by her daughters, Tina (Rick) Monroe and Martha "Marty" Sellers; grandchildren, Ron, Aaron, Eddie, Stephen, Ryan, Brendan and Jonathan; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great-granddaughter; numerous extended family and friends.

Louise was a member of New Life Worship Center in Dayton. She worked at WPAFB Base Restaurant for approximately 30 years.

Family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 PM on Monday, January 16, 2017 at New Life Worship Center, 3350 Benchwood Dr., Dayton, OH 45414 where a funeral service will begin at 1 PM.

Interment will be at a later date at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
