Louis A. Wollermann, age 88, of Xenia, passed away Monday, June 1, 2015. He was born August 8, 1926 in Greenville, Illinois.
Louis served our country during WWII in the United States Army. He was an Eagle Scout and was a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow. Louis was also a member of The American Association of Cereal Chemists International and The Institute of Food Technologists.
He was preceded in death by his father, George A. Wollermann, mother, Ruby S. Wollermann and son, Eric L. Wollermann.
Louis is survived by his loving wife Joann; daughter, V Lynn Thurston; three grandchildren, Brandi M. (Jason) Fedkow, John L. Finnegan and Ryan L. (Maddie) Finnegan; four great-grandchildren, Chase M. Fedkow, Chanler P. Fedkow, Chalsie L. Fedkow and Teaghan L. Finnegan. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 4:00 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
