Louie C. Elliott III, age 68 of New Carlisle, passed away Monday, July 20, 2020. He was born December 12, 1951 in Roswell, New Mexico, the son of the late Louie and Nelle Elliott.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Paul Elliott.
Louie is survived by his wife, Valarie; children, Rozlind Elliott and Louie Elliott IV; numerous grandchildren; sisters, Linda Brown, Tracey Elliott; as well as a host of relatives and friends.
Louie was a lifelong musician who played the guitar.
A Memorial Service will take place at a later date.
