Lorraine Ann Persinger

Persinger, Lorraine Ann "Lori" (nee James), age 57, of Kettering, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Lori is survived by her husband of over 30 years: Ed Persinger; daughter: Missy Persinger (Mike Donahue); son Patrick James (Jennifer Echols); her first grandchild due in July; and numerous family members and friends. Lori was an avid and long time softball player in the Dayton area. She was a charismatic, loving and devoted wife, mother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. With her strong love of the ocean, Lori's family will be honoring her request by scattering her remains in the Atlantic Ocean. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of services.
