Lori C. Phillips passed away on July 29, 2023. She is the daughter of Charles and Edith Phillips.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Phillips.
She is survived by her mother, Edith Phillips; her aunts Anna Woolls and Juanita Barker; her cousins: Cheryl, Nick, and Melva; and many extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Friday, August 4, 2023 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, where her service will begin at 1:00pm. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lori's memory may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
