Loren Gross

GROSS, Loren W., age 69 of Trotwood, OH passed away August 18, 2013. He was born in West Liberty, KY to the late Lois and Herbert Gross. In addition to his parents, Loren was preceded in death by his sister, Marita Baker.

Loren is survived by his loving wife Virginia "Ginny" Gross; sons, Herbie Gross, Sr. and Bill Gross; daughter, Michele Mains; sister, Donna Arnold; brothers, Barry Gross, Roger Gross, and David Gross; many grandchildren; his loyal canine companion, Harry; and many other loving relatives and friends.

Loren owned and operated Salem Towing and was an active member in the Trotwood community and his dedication to the city will be greatly missed. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend and will missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd) from 4pm - 8pm, starting at 6:30 guest are welcome to share their favorite memories of Loren and celebrate the life he lived. He will be laid to rest in his hometown of West Liberty Kentucky on Sunday, August 25,2013 from 1-3 at Potter's Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Loren's name to Hospice of Dayton.
