Lora P. Spears

Spears, Lora P., age 75, of Kettering, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2010. Lora is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Debra (Richard) McCarty & Trudy Spears; grandchildren: Jennifer Sloan, Vanessa Spears & Emily Spears; great granddaughter: MacKenzie Samson; sisters: Thelma Blair & Larna (Gene) Walton; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lloyd E. & Bertha (Adams) Hammond; son: Jerry E. Spears; 4 sisters and one brother. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Woodland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel in Dayton with Pastor Jerry Siler officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 1293 – H Lyons Road, Dayton, Ohio 45458.
